Description

Cyclamen persicum Scentsation Mixed is used as a perennial indoor plant. It cannot tolerate temperatures below 5°C (41°F). However, its long scented flowering in the heart of winter is an undeniable asset for decorating cool rooms in the house (12 to 15°C (53.6 to 59°F) is perfect) during this period.

Its dark green, heart-shaped leaves marbled with silver-grey, range from 3 to 14 cm (1 to 6in) and are carried by long petioles that emerge directly from the tuber.

The flowers of the Scensation grandiflorum Persian Cyclamen are solitary and hang downwards. The reflexed petals along their stem emerge from the foliage from December to March. The colours range from pale pink to crimson red. This variety is known for its exceptional fragrance.
