Tiny buckets for a tiny gardener! The young plants don't grow enough to have a nice size. Expensive for the result obtained. Disappointed.

Our plug plants are meant for experienced gardeners, so we want to ensure you know how to care for them. After receiving them, we suggest transplanting them and storing them in a conservatory, greenhouse, or cold frame at a temperature above 14°C for a few weeks. This will help them adjust to their new environment before you move them outside. Please ensure that the frost risk has passed before planting them outdoors.

Planting and care
To plant your annual plug plants, choose a large container or pot that receives plenty of sunlight or partial shade. Make sure to use a light, humus-rich soil and apply a fertiliser to nourish the plants. If you plant them in a pot, remember to water them regularly to keep the soil moist.

It will vary according to where you live:
- In zones 9 to 10 (Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.), flowering will occur about 2 to 4 weeks earlier.
- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
- In zone 5 (Central Europe, Scandinavia), blooming will be delayed by 3 to 5 weeks.
In temperate climates, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs (forsythia, spireas, etc.) should be done just after flowering.
Pruning of summer-flowering shrubs (Indian Lilac, Perovskia, etc.) can be done in winter or spring.
In cold regions as well as with frost-sensitive plants, avoid pruning too early when severe frosts may still occur.
