This Terracotta Leborgne digging fork is a well-made tool, manufactured with quality materials. Its handle is made of sturdy eucalyptus wood, and its four-tine head is made of forged and tempered iron, a particularly hard metal. The T-shaped handle makes it easy to grip and greatly increases the user's strength. It can be used to turn any type of soil, even compacted soil, and is ideal for working the soil near plants without damaging their roots.

Dimensions: 27 cm (11in) high teeth - Handle length: 90 cm (35in) - Weight 1.250 Kg

The fork is a complementary tool to the spade, designed to loosen, cultivate, and crumble the soil deeply, in small areas. It is much better suited than the spade for working clay or heavy and compact soils. It allows for soil loosening without turning it over, simply by pushing in the tines. Unlike a spade, this garden tool does not disturb the soil's microbial life and does not cut through earthworms, which are essential for soil health and fertility. It can be used to remove weeds, as well as certain vegetable plants (leeks, potatoes, carrots, turnips), or to divide large clumps of perennial plants. This fork consists of a handle made of sustainably managed eucalyptus wood (PEFC 100% certified), which is 15 to 20% more resistant than ash or beech wood, with a socket where the head with 4 forged and tempered iron tines is attached, on which the user can place their foot to drive the tines into the soil. The T-shaped handle provides a second point of support that allows the gardener to use their weight to easily drive the tool's head into the ground. The handle is compostable, and the metal head is recyclable. This tool, assembled in France, is guaranteed for 8 years by the manufacturer.

Leborgne is a company that designs, manufactures, and sells tools whose quality comes from over 175 years of expertise. The brand has earned a solid reputation among professionals and amateur gardeners. It is one of the last remaining brands of garden tools that still manufactures in France. Its high-quality production and constant innovation have earned the loyalty of demanding customers.

This tool is under warranty. The warranty does not apply to handles, only to metal parts excluding consumables (screws, springs, etc.) and within the scope of normal use.

The user can step on the head of the tool to sink the tines into the ground.
