Our range of dwarf St. John's Wort. These compact bushes are perfect for small spaces, borders and container growing. Hypericum calycinum is a very low-growing variety, not exceeding 30 cm in height, which forms an excellent ground cover with its large yellow flowers throughout summer. Hypericum olympicum and its cultivar 'Citrinum' are appreciated for their spreading habit and pale yellow flowers. They reach about 40 cm, perfect for rock gardens and small containers.
For more colour, St. John's Wort 'Peter Dummer' combines green leaves with red and yellow hues, while not exceeding 60 cm. Hypericum moserianum (Moser's St. John's Wort) is also compact, with reddish stems and prolific summer flowering. Also discover Hypericum 'Tricolor' which stands out with its foliage variegated in pink, cream and green, ideal for adding variety to a container planting.
These dwarf St. John's Wort are easy to grow in well-drained soil, in sunny or lightly shaded exposure. They require little maintenance, with simple pruning in late winter to stimulate flowering.
