Our range of golden Nandinas. These Sacred Bamboos illuminate the garden with their changing foliage taking on golden and coppery hues depending on the season. Nandina domestica 'Lemon Lime' displays magnificent, bright lemon-green foliage that lights up under the sun's rays. The cultivar 'Brightlight' sports large, finely cut leaves of a very bright lemon green in spring, greening slightly in summer. The Sacred Bamboo variety 'Leucocarpa' is rare in cultivation, bearing uniform juvenile, golden yellow foliage, turning light green in summer. It is also appreciated for its abundant ivory-coloured fruiting.
These evergreen bushes adapt to many conditions, although they prefer moist, well-drained soil. They are very hardy, require little maintenance and are capable of withstanding summer drought once well established.
