The hyacinths (Hyacinthus in their Latin name), introduced in Europe in the 16th century, have been experiencing uninterrupted adoration for their early flowering (it is the largest of the spring bulbs to bloom as early as February), their fragrance, the variety of their colours and their versatility: for forcing indoors for Christmas blooms, in pots, and in rock gardens. Our advice: Plant them in the sun or in clear partial shade, at a depth of 8 cm (3in), spaced 10 cm (4in) apart. They thrive better when planted in rock gardens. Our hyacinths are of very large grade, size 19+, for exceptional flowers.

You'll adore them!
