The Bean is a vegetable from the Legume family - easy to sow, easy to grow, and not very susceptible to diseases. It often promises good harvests. Among all the types and varieties available, from the immature String Bean to the Snap Bean without strings, from the Shelling Bean also known as Dry Bean to the Spanish Bean, all can be sown in holes, in place, as soon as the frost ends. Butters, green or purple, climbing or dwarf, they all have unique flavors and characteristics to consider both in the garden and in the kitchen. Some of these varieties allow for the consumption of their pods and then their seeds, depending on the time of harvest.

You'll love them!
