Our range of Limonium (See Lavender). The Limonium, also known as Statice, is a perennial or annual plant appreciated for its dried flowers that retain their colour for months. Among the most cultivated are the Limonium sinuatum and the Limonium latifolium. The statice sinuatum, prized in floristry, comes in a wide range of colours including pink ('Forever Rose'), blue ('Forever Blue'), or yellow ('Forever Moonlight'). Its small paper-like flowers are grouped in airy bouquets. The Limonium perezii, or Canarian statice, produces large inflorescences of intense purple, perfect for adding texture to borders and bouquets. Let's also mention the Goniolimon tataricum, known as Tartarian Statice, a perennial plant forming clouds of small pale purple star-like flowers, carried by stiff and branched stems. Resistant to cold and drought, this species is ideal for sunny rockeries, seaside gardens, and dried arrangements.
The Statice thrives in well-drained soils and full sun, it withstands dry conditions, wind, and sea spray. Water it moderately and place it in a well-exposed spot.
