Anthemis is a type of flowering plant that blooms throughout the summer. It has finely cut foliage that can be green or silver-grey with an aromatic scent and features white, cream, or yellow flowers. Anthemis prefers full sun and well-drained soil to grow successfully. They should be pruned after flowering to maintain their compact habit and lifespan. Some recommended varieties include Anthemis cretica, Anthemis tinctoria, and Anthemis sancti-johannis, as well as the Roman chamomile Anthemis nobilis. Anthemis can be grown in gardens, rock gardens, or pots.
