You have two delivery options when placing your order:

• Home delivery or delivery to your preferred address
• Plant size is limited to 1.75m for deliveries in Europe (outside France).

•  Delivery to an access point
• Plant size is limited to 1.00m and the package weight is limited to 20kg.

Delivery times and prices will vary according to the country of delivery.

Our delivery policy

You may also choose a preferred delivery date, which we will do our best to achieve. In our experience, we succeed nine times out of 10.

You will receive an email confirming your order, as well as at each stage of preparation and on dispatch.

Our plants are sent out from our nursery in Houplines, in the north of France. They are packed as late as possible on the day of dispatch. Growing plants are dispatched in the first half of the week, so that they arrive fresh, if possible before the weekend.

They are packed in protective shells with crumpled kraft sheets or air cushions for padding. 

You can track the progress of your parcel once it has left our premises by logging in to your customer account on our website.

If you have a problem with your delivery (delay, damaged parcel, etc.), contact us via the Chatbox at the bottom right of each page of our website or by clicking here

We will review the situation with you and together, we will take appropriate decisions (replacement, refund, placing the plant concerned under observation).

Transport remains our responsibility. We will therefore absorb the consequences of any transport issue, except in cases of gross negligence on the customer’s part (such as disregarding repeated email reminders from us).
