Delivery methods and charges in Ireland

You can choose from two delivery options when placing your order.

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

Home delivery:

• To the address and on the date of your choice 
• Delivery time: 3 to 6 days
• Price: from €19.90

Delivery to a collection point:

Limited to orders under 1 metre in length and weighing less than 20 kg.

• On a date of your choice
• Delivery time: 2 to 5 days
• Price: from €9.90

International deliveries

Delivery times and prices vary depending on the destination country.

Our delivery policy

You may also choose a preferred delivery date, which we will do our best to achieve. In our experience, we succeed nine times out of 10.

You will receive an email confirming your order, as well as at each stage of preparation and on dispatch.

Our plants are sent out from our nursery in Houplines, in the north of France. They are packed as late as possible on the day of dispatch. Growing plants are dispatched in the first half of the week, so that they arrive fresh, if possible before the weekend.

They are packed in protective shells with crumpled kraft sheets or air cushions for padding. 

You can track the progress of your parcel once it has left our premises by logging in to your customer account on our website.

We will review the situation with you and together, we will take appropriate decisions (replacement, refund, placing the plant concerned under observation).

Transport remains our responsibility. We will therefore absorb the consequences of any transport issue, except in cases of gross negligence on the customer’s part (such as disregarding repeated email reminders from us).
