Biennial plants, often perennial, angelicas are always spectacular in rich and fresh soils. They do not go unnoticed thanks to their channelled, often aromatic stems, which can reach a height of 2m (7ft) for the largest ones and bear at their tips large umbels of white or red flowers with a rare design. Angelica is a plant that doesn't last long. To grow it again, you need to sow its seeds. It's important to let some of its flower stalks wither completely. These withered stalks can still look good until late in the season and can be used to make dried bouquets.

You'll adore them!
