Nasturtium is an easy-to-grow annual climbing or trailing plant. Its benefits are culinary with its edible flowers and leaves, and it helps biologically control pests in the vegetable garden. Nasturtium blooms from June to September with its funnel-shaped flowers. The colours range from yellow to red depending on the variety. Plant nasturtium in a pot or in the ground, even in poor soil, in the sun.
