The Stop Bambou anti-root felts help to limit the invasion of rhizomes from running bamboos or wandering roots from certain trees and bushes. These are flexible, rigid, and lightweight felts that provide an effective and easy-to-install barrier. This geotextile made of isotactic polypropylene allows you to protect your other plantings, as well as your ducts, cables, foundations, paving, ornamental ponds, swimming pools...
This type of material is flexible enough to conform to the shape you want for your barrier, but rigid enough to stay in place during installation. Any rhizomes or roots encountering this barrier will not be able to pass through and will therefore change their growth upwards. As soon as these 'unwanted' plants emerge from the ground, all you have to do is cut them.
