Organic Spinach

Spinach – Spinachia oleracea - is a hardy vegetable, from the Chenopodiaceae family, grown for its beautiful green leaves. Raw or cooked, it is full of minerals and providential in winter, when green vegetables are scarce. Our organic spinach seeds, obtained without pesticide or chemical fertilizer, are sown in spring or at the end of summer, outside periods of high heat that tend to make it go to seed. To enjoy it all year round, stagger the sowings and diversify the varieties: 'Winter Giant', 'Monstrueux de Viroflay' or 'Matador'… there is no shortage of choices!
