What should I do if I have any doubts when I receive my parcel?
A few broken twigs on a shrub or damaged clematis stems are not a cause for concern: this minor damage will be repaired within a few weeks.
Our basic advice is to plant your new acquisition according to the instructions provided and wait a few days. If, after a few days, the plant's condition remains stable or appears to be deteriorating, please contact us here. If a plant arrives severely damaged due to a transport issue: broken trunk or main branch of a shrub, climbing plant broken near the base, perennial plant dry when it should show growth, contact us here.
What happens next?
We will ask you a few quick questions via the contact form to try to identify the problem:

In the event of a serious problem, we will refund the plant in question.

In the event of delayed growth, we generally ask customers to wait a few weeks to see if the plant recovers, particularly in the case of late-growing varieties.

In the event of a minor problem, we advise customers to plant the plant and keep an eye on it, contacting us again after a few days if the problem persists.
In almost all cases, we trust our customers and issue refunds without question. Very occasionally, we ask the customer to send us a photo as proof of their claim: we only do this if there is reason to believe that the plant has not been grown or kept in normal conditions by the customer.
Returns and new deliveries
We do not accept returns of plants and do not make new deliveries for this plant. However, we will refund the purchase price of the plant and allow you to reorder your plant if you wish.
How are refunds processed?
We process refunds using the same payment method used when placing the order: credit card refund.
We usually process refunds within 24 hours, and we commit to a maximum processing time of 5 working days.
What if we disagree?
It is extremely rare for us to refuse a refund to a customer; the number of cases per year can be counted on one hand, when we consider the request to be completely unfounded. In such cases, we apply the legal plant guarantee, which we have extended to one month: this means that we can refund your plant without justification up to 30 days after the date of receipt of your order. The refund will then be made within a maximum of 5 working days.
