Our range of plants for infusions, herbal teas and teas allows you to prepare beverages with numerous virtues. Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is ideal for its digestive properties and fresh taste. Common thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is a natural antiseptic with soothing effects. Lemon verbena (Aloysia citrodora) has a lemony fragrance and relaxing virtues. Common sage (Salvia officinalis), renowned for its benefits on digestion and sore throats, completes this selection. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) adds a tonic touch to your infusions. Chamomile, whether German chamomile (Matricaria recutita) or Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), is widely used in cooking and herbal medicine to calm tension and aid sleep. These plants are easy to grow in pots or in open ground, in well-drained soil and in a sunny position.
