Our range of peppers and chilies as plug plants. These economical young plants allow for earlier harvests in the vegetable garden or in pots. Among the most widely grown varieties, the Red Pepper 'Jericho' produces large, crunchy, and sweet fruits. The 'Bellkaro F1' pepper, rare and original, offers fleshy ivory-white fruits that turn yellow at ripeness. The Pepper 'Afterglow Tenor' offers yellow fruits with a mild flavour.

On the chili side, the Organic Basque 'Gorria' Chilli, which will delight Espelette lovers, produces red fruits to dry and grind into powder. The Cayenne pepper, renowned for its intense heat, is a reliable choice in the kitchen. More decorative, compact, and suited to pot cultivation on a balcony, the 'Pikito' Chilli offers small red fruits that are not too hot.

The plug plants must be pre-grown protected from frost, and kept at 14°C in a greenhouse or conservatory. After transplanting into individual pots, they are planted out once the risk of frost has passed. The harvest date is brought forward by 3 to 4 weeks compared to sowing.
