Sorrel - Rumex patienta or acetosa - is a hardy and highly productive vegetable plant that remains in place from year to year. Perennial, easy to grow, and ornamental, it is ideal for permaculture. Spinach Sorrel, Large Belleville Sorrel, or Purple Sorrel: all these varieties, more or less early, are available in Organic. Certified for Organic Agriculture (AB), these seeds are obtained without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. By growing them in your vegetable garden, you will ensure long harvests of beautiful leaves with a tangy flavor.
