Begonias are annual ornamental plants used to adorn borders, flowerpots, and hanging baskets. Tuberous Begonias can be kept sheltered from the cold during winter. The flowering period extends from June to September. The colours vary, with begonias available in pink, red, white, yellow, or salmon. Cultivate begonias in full sun or partial shade.
