Our range of white Gauras is perfect for bringing lightness and elegance to your garden. The most well-known variety, Gaura lindheimeri 'Whirling Butterflies', stands out with its airy white flowers that resemble fluttering butterflies. Its slender stems and delicate flowers make it an ideal choice for flower beds and borders. Among other varieties, 'Corrie's Gold' is notable for its variegated yellow and green foliage, adding a cheerful touch. Its white flowers with slightly pink-tinged petals create a cloud-like effect much loved by gardeners. Gaura lindheimeri 'Snowbird' is another remarkable cultivar, with its pure white flowers of great elegance and a long flowering period, lasting from late spring to autumn.
White Gauras prefer a sunny spot and well-drained soil, even if poor. They are particularly drought-resistant, making them ideal for low-maintenance gardens. Once established, these plants require little watering and are resistant to diseases. During the season, remove spent flowers to encourage new flowering.
