Our range of red maples. Acer rubrum is a deciduous tree renowned for its vibrant colours at the end of the season. It comes in several varieties selected for their ornamental qualities. Acer rubrum 'Redpointe' stands out for its pyramidal habit and bright red leaves in autumn. With its slender silhouette, the cultivar 'Armstrong' is ideal for narrow spaces. Very similar, the red maple 'Armstrong Gold' has golden foliage before turning red, combining elegance and brightness. 'Fairview Flame' offers an explosion of flamboyant red, an intense colour that brightens up large gardens in October. Let's not forget the selection 'Sun Valley'' which has a more compact habit and beautiful bright red foliage in autumn. These red maples thrive in moist, well-drained, non-limestone soil, as well as in a sunny location sheltered from strong winds.
