Bidens are plants from the family of Asteraceae. Originating from tropical regions, they are perennials but not very hardy, which is why they are grown as annuals in our climates. Their fast growth and abundant flowering, enhanced by deeply cut bright green foliage, make them ideal for blooms all summer long in pots and containers. In the garden they can be placed in flowerbeds, as well as rockeries, preferably in sunny and well-drained soil. You will appreciate both its sweet honey scent and its ease of cultivation.
