Unmissable muscari! Their intense blue or white flowers, like miniature hyacinths, are classic and remain essential in the garden. Tolerating both full sun and shade, they naturalise very well and create beautiful blue or white patches in the garden in spring, as well as beautiful foregrounds for flower beds. Choose small-sized bulbs, which are more economical, for mass planting. The larger sizes, with bigger flowers, are interesting in pots. In addition to the classic Armenian muscari, you will find the white aucheri muscari (or tubergenianum), and a few muscari with bicoloured flowers.

In temperate climates, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs (forsythia, spireas, etc.) should be done just after flowering.
Pruning of summer-flowering shrubs (Indian Lilac, Perovskia, etc.) can be done in winter or spring.
In cold regions as well as with frost-sensitive plants, avoid pruning too early when severe frosts may still occur.
