Our range of melon plug plants, an economical solution for the vegetable garden. These young plants allow for earlier harvests compared to sowing.
Less well-known than the 'Charentais' melon, other interesting varieties have been added to our selection, such as the 'Cyrano F1' melon, a vigorous variety producing large, round fruits with orange, juicy flesh. The 'Anasta F1' melon stands out for its disease resistance and good keeping qualities. Also discover the 'Honey Bun F1' melon, which is not very bulky and offers small, round fruits with particularly sweet flesh, ideal for lovers of summer treats.
The plug plants need to be pre-grown before planting out in the vegetable garden. Upon receipt, pot them on and store them under cover (conservatory, greenhouse, cold frame...) at a temperature above 14°C for a few weeks. They should be transplanted to their final position once the risk of frost has completely passed.
