Description
This BIODIVERSITY flower mix is ideal for creating a meadow-like feel in your garden. Sow it wherever you like on well-prepared soil, and it will quickly offer you beautiful flowering over large areas. Planting flower meadows contributes to sustainability and biodiversity, and is cost-effective.
This mix of flowers in various colours has the key advantage of supporting pollinators during the flowering period. These mixes from the ROYALFLEUR brand are produced in partnership with the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO) in France. The flowers can reach heights of 30 to 80 cm (12 to 32in) and bloom from March to October. They are perennial, nectar-rich, fragrant and aromatic, providing nourishment for bees and butterflies.
The mix in these boxes consists of 14g of seeds as well as vermiculite to provide a bulkier medium and allow for better dispersal of the mix over 8m², with a good spread of the seeds. This wildflower mix is suitable for all amateur gardeners.

Planting and care
Prepare the soil: On weed-free ground dig to a minimum depth of 10cm (4in). Sow the flower mix, taking care to scatter the seeds evenly, then lightly cover using a rake and firm the soil. Sowing can be done from April to October. Water regularly during the first few weeks.

It will vary according to where you live:
- In zones 9 to 10 (Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.), flowering will occur about 2 to 4 weeks earlier.
- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
- In zone 5 (Central Europe, Scandinavia), blooming will be delayed by 3 to 5 weeks.
In temperate climates, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs (forsythia, spireas, etc.) should be done just after flowering.
Pruning of summer-flowering shrubs (Indian Lilac, Perovskia, etc.) can be done in winter or spring.
In cold regions as well as with frost-sensitive plants, avoid pruning too early when severe frosts may still occur.
