This All-Terrain Wildflower Mix brings together 24 annual plant species and 44 wild perennial species, all native to Europe. Rich and balanced, it adapts to all situations, exposures and soil types. The annuals grow first to fill the space while the perennials adapted to the given soil establish themselves for the long term. This particularly accommodating mix includes Yarrow, Chamomile, Cornflower, Borage, Centaurea, Corn Marigold, Poppy, and Viper's Bugloss, among others. Sow directly in place from March to June or from September to November in well-worked soil. This wildflower meadow blooms in the first summer if sown in spring, then blooms from spring onwards in subsequent years.
This mix consists of: Yarrow, Chamomile, Cornflower, Borage, Field Scabious, Corn Marigold, Poppy, Fennel, Oxeye Daisy, Flax, Mallows, St. John's Wort, Corn Cockle, Oregano, Burnet, Soapwort, Meadow Sage, Catchflies, Pot Marigold, Wild Thyme, and Viper's Bugloss. All these plants, annuals or perennials, grow quickly and easily naturalise through spontaneous self-seeding in the garden, in well-worked soil.
The All-Terrain Wildflower Mix is specially composed of plants that can adapt to various situations. It forms a flowering meadow reaching a height of 80cm (32in) to 1m (3ft). Sow in full sun, partial shade, or shade (avoid dense shade). It is a spontaneous, natural way to bring whimsy to a vegetable garden, create biodiversity areas in the garden, have fewer mowed areas by keeping only pathways and trails, or to beautify a somewhat neglected area. These wildflowers also make beautiful bouquets.

Sowing:
Sow directly in open ground, in a sunny position, on well-cultivated, loosened, well-drained and warmed soil, from March to May. Broadcast the seeds and lightly rake to cover them. It is also possible to sow in rows at a depth of 1.5cm (1in), with a spacing of 30cm (12in) between each furrow. Water regularly, especially during dry periods. Germination will take between 14 and 21 days.
Cultivation:
Remove faded flowers. Water if necessary. The mix contains seeds of perennial and annual plants. Regularly remove faded flowers to encourage new flowering. In autumn, perennial plants can be cut back, as can annual plants, but only after the seeds have ripened for spontaneous reseeding in the following spring.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
