I was refunded, of course, but I can't give a review as a result. It seemed resilient. I took good care of it, and one morning, while everything was fine the day before, it showed signs of trouble and I couldn't save it.

My beautiful tree, around fifty years old, 2.50m (8ft) tall, pruned into a ball shape, with its branches heavily intertwined, has only one drawback: it constantly loses its leaves on the short grass meadow below and is dying infested with scale insects despite the treatments.

Shame, a very beautiful young plant, but you can find young plants at £3.99 instead of £11.50. You're going a bit too far, and moreover, propagation is very easy (a shame for you).

The young plant ordered in September arrived in perfect condition and was immediately planted with a mulch of shredded wood. However, the shoots that emerged in early March blackened due to a few white frosts we had, but my two older septate plants experienced the same issue. It should not have any impact on the plant, which had shown signs of a good recovery, and the rest of the foliage remained very healthy. Therefore, I am satisfied with this delivery.

Very disappointed, one of the 2 griselines is completely dried up or frozen, I don't know. Strange to send plants in such bad condition!
