Organic Dill

The Organic Dill or False Fennel, Fennel Imposter or Herb Fennel is cultivated in the herb garden or vegetable patch for the aniseed fragrance of its leaves and seeds. Easier to grow than fennel, to which it bears a resemblance, it imparts a delightful aroma to fish dishes with its leaves and to pickles with its seeds. Dill is sown in place or in pots in spring and harvested throughout the summer. Resilient to drought, like 'Tetra Gold' Dill, it requires little care: light but regular watering prevents premature seed production. The organic Dill plants and seeds, certified AB, are produced without any chemical treatments or fertilisers.
