Organic Thyme

Organic Thyme is an essential perennial aromatic herb in cooking. It can be grown in pots or open ground and thrives in poor, light, almost rocky soil. It particularly enjoys the sun, heat and even drought. It can be propagated by sowing from February to April and transplanted when the seedlings are well developed, and can be harvested all year round. Don't hesitate to plant Lemon Thyme or Provençal Thyme in your vegetable garden, as its strong scent will deter aphids and other pests.
