Well-prepared fruit shrub with care

Satisfied with the branching, good recovery, a few fruits.

Plant arrived quickly but trunk and branches are dry, buds are dry and brittle, wood is black. Most likely dead upon arrival. Quite expensive for dead wood, even on sale.

Shrub shipped already dead, received with a dry and black trunk, dry buds, and broken branches upon arrival. That's an expensive stake. It was shipped in this condition, which is not honest, even on sale. The plant is alive, you should take better care of it.

Tree arrived in a catastrophic state, the trunk and branches very dry. How can one send a tree in this condition while working in the plant industry?

Bare-root pear tree that quickly sprouted new shoots, we can't wait to taste the fruits.
