Usually I am satisfied with my orders but due to the lockdown, the vine-plants were delivered with a significant delay and in poor condition (dry root ball, yellowed leaves). Therefore, I reported the issue and sent the requested photos, but since then, I have not received any response or acknowledgment despite my follow-ups. I am very disappointed with the after-sales service. I understand the current complications, but I am the only affected person and no solution has been proposed to me. Disappointment.

Good overall condition

Small and very damp plants, one seems to have melted. Not sure if it will regrow.

First test order at Promesse de fleurs. Some vine-plants that haven't been worked on and are weak...disappointment. I should mention that I have a agricultural BTS, florist CAP, and 15 years of gardening experience...
