Hello, The bucket arrived in very bad condition and the young plant is overrun with weeds. How could you send out a bucket in this state? I have placed many orders with you before, and this is the first time I've seen this.

All the buckets I received were empty, the soil spread on the cardboard and the young plants out of their containers, and almost all of them had their leaves drooping.
