The young plant arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, it suffered greatly from the autumn and especially the winter, which, however, was not very cold (but long). It deteriorated rapidly, to the point of developing a disease. It struggled to survive. I moved it so that the soil would be warmer at its base, which seems to have borne fruit, as it is slowly but surely regaining strength! So, it is advisable for locations where the soil is sufficiently warm in winter, in its early age. Apparently, the cold in its early age is really its weak point.

I was supposed to receive my packages by Chronopost which were supposed to arrive yesterday on 12/05/22, then rescheduled for 13/05/22 before 1pm. It's 1:25pm, I'm at home and I hear a car and some noise, I went out immediately and I saw a white car speeding away. I waited for it to turn around and I stopped it because it had thrown my package over the gate even though it was open. He only had one package while I was expecting 5. This package contained the young plant and 2 bags of soil. Where are the other 4 packages? The plant doesn't really look like the picture on your website. It's disgraceful. Chronopost is not the company for transporting plants... This is the first time I'm disappointed with your website. I will hesitate to place new orders.

Very beautiful vine-plant. Well prepared in its package. Conforming to the description. Arrived in flowers. It was a bit thirsty and had a few yellow leaves. I left it soaked upon receipt before planting.

After a few hours immersed in a bucket of water, it regained all its vigour, thank you.

The young plant didn't handle the journey in cardboard very well. The flowers are all dry despite being repotted on the same day. I hope it will regain its strength over time. I think 3 days in cardboard is too long, especially with this hot weather.

Received promptly, very well packaged, in accordance with the description, high-quality plant, I recommend it.
