The necks were in excellent condition. They were planted quickly and produced a satisfying harvest.

I ordered seeds that were received well packaged, however the young plants of heirloom tomatoes were in a sorry state: the soil spilled, the leaves broken. Furthermore, the delivery person dropped off the parcel at someone's place 3km (1.9mi) away from mine 'because it was too far'!!! So for a first order, I am left feeling mixed.

Received germ-free, smooth potatoes, they have not changed since delivery. Displayed in a crate behind a window in a heated room at 20°C (68°F).
