Sow directly in the ground as the seedlings that were transplanted did not take. For those sown in the ground, the color is either all green or burgundy but not two-tone.

I cannot praise this amaranth enough. Easy sowing and then, a splendour that changes in tone as it grows. I will sow it again next year.
