Really strange at Promesse de fleurs. 2 packets of dahlia flower seeds purchased on this website, and in the same order. 2 different sowings and each time the same seeds from the same packet do not germinate. There is definitely something wrong. Could it be a scam?

After testing this variety this year, I confirm that the young plants are true to the presented colours. Excellent germination, superb and abundant flowering of various colours. I recommend this variety to add colour to your garden. Very satisfied with this purchase.
