I wasn't aware, I'm trying, for now specific research area arrived the day after the shipment, very well packaged. Beautiful leafy stem, in perfect condition, young plant about 40cm (16in) tall already. Looking forward to the flowering. Thank you, it's perfect as always.

Hello, I received my flower order from Promesse de Fleurs placed on 9th July. The package arrived today, 15th July, instead of the expected 12th July. Please find enclosed the condition of the package. Needless to say, I am not likely to place another order at this address. If the package is marked top and bottom, it would have been wise to ensure that the plants at the top do not end up... upside down or vice versa. I have never seen such a silly packaging. As a result, as you can see in the photo, the plants are completely uprooted, with very little soil around some of them. I do not recommend this address, it is one to avoid. I have attached a photo of the condition of the plants.

The young plant received was pruned as expected, and despite its slightly pale appearance, it looks beautiful. Just the lack of light during transportation, it should recover quickly.

The plant received is very puny and does not correspond to the image of the young plant that is photographed.

Nu young plant arrived in good condition in its packaging but it is tiny at the moment. Planted immediately to see what will come of it...

Given the appearance of this young plant, I have some doubts about its recovery, although the root system is well developed. Let's wait for spring to see if there will be bud burst period or not.
