Hello, I am interested in this vine but I am not sure if it suits my needs. I want to cover a wire mesh fence that is about ten meters wide but only 1.80 meters (6 feet) in height. Since I see that it can grow up to 15 meters (49 feet) tall, what will happen in my case?
What could you suggest to me that would better suit my needs? Thank you for your response.

The plant showed all its vigor from the beginning of spring, but indeed, the vine is not yet clinging on its own. Should we wait until it is more developed?

This vine, contrary to what is stated on the website, does not have tendrils and therefore does not attach itself. No interest to me, I don't know what to do with it...
PROMESSE DE FLEURS RESPONSE:
We are truly sorry if you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at 03.61.76.08.10 and we will proceed with a replacement or refund if necessary.
This Virginia creeper doesn't have any suction cups at all, but tendrils...how is that possible? Anyway, I'm very disappointed, it's not at all what I wanted to dress up my wall!
Response from Promesse de Fleurs: We describe this plant as producing non-adhesive tendrils.
2 out of 3 plants broken, one promised to be 70 cm (28in), but it's only 15 cm (6in). I will recommend one last time, maybe it's a mistake! It's going to be another fully prepared excuse, I suppose.

SAINTE MARGUERITE SUR DUCLAIR" translates to "Sainte Marguerite on Duclair" in British English.
Beautiful climbing plant for my pergola with red wood and very bright bi-coloured foliage. I am eagerly awaiting its beautiful and large vine leaves to unfurl.
I have ordered plants multiple times from the Promesse de fleurs website and have always been satisfied.

I planted two of them, one last autumn and the second one in spring, in two different locations, South-facing for one and East-facing for the other. Both plants were very fragile and I regret these two purchases. There is no visible growth, they both seem dead while the other plants around them (many of which are from Promesse de Fleurs) are thriving.
