The blue passionflower Constance Elliott arrived in good condition, but the blue passionflower arrived completely broken. I sent a complaint to customer service, who responded quickly and sent me a replacement blue passionflower as soon as possible (which arrived in good condition).
Very efficient customer service.
Now I just have to wait for spring to plant them and see them grow.
This was my first order from Promesse de Fleurs, and it won't be my last.
I don't quite understand. In the header, it says "Hardy plant up to -4°C (24.8°F) (Zone 9b)". In the "Description" paragraph, I read "It is a persistent, vigorous vine that is easy to grow in a very bright location, as long as the temperature does not drop below 5°C (41°F)." So, is it +5°C (41°F) or -4°C (24.8°F)?

Not sure about the recovery
Parcel received in perfect condition, but the passiflores alata have suffered. Let's wait and see if they recover.

Very spectacular, unique and absolutely beautiful. A one-year-old plant. Successful water propagation but took quite a while to root (or maybe it's just my impatience!), then lost it because I put it back in the greenhouse too early (just above freezing!). Will have to start again when the weather gets better!
