Ugh! Gift voucher received for my sister's birthday with over 3 weeks of delay and after several complaints. She received a ternate A4 leaf, without any style.... A gift voucher being by its very essence meant for giving, it would be wise to reconsider the appearance, to improve the style. It's also a shame that it cannot be used in multiple installments in order to be able to order throughout the seasons. It was a nice gift but my sister and I were disappointed.

Great idea for a gift! However, I am very disappointed... I received a crumpled leaf in a box, not great for gifting... I wasn't expecting this kind of presentation, a cardboard format would be much better!!!

Check arrived a bit late....but the worst part is that it was full of dirt stains...and the presentation could have been better... like a nice postcard! A bit mediocre....

If I had read the comments correctly, that the presentation of the gift voucher was not very nice, I was greatly disappointed when I opened my package!! Moreover, why a package when a simple envelope would have been enough? I discovered, not a gift voucher, but a real rag!! This gift voucher was not only poorly folded, but there were traces of soil on it! Certainly, we are on a website selling plants, but does Promesse de Fleurs not have a receptionist who surely wouldn't have their hands covered in soil?? Very disappointed with this delivery!! I am waiting to see what the customer service will reply to me, following my complaint....

Very appreciated gift by my children, they can thus choose the young plants for their garden. To improve: the presentation which lacks a bit of water.

Hello, I have received the gift voucher that I ordered, thank you for that. However, there is a small drawback: the presentation is not very attractive, the photocopy is not centered, and the quality is not good. The instructions regarding the use of this voucher are not very visible, they are written in small font at the bottom of the page. It is a gift that deserves a bit more attention to presentation.

Received on time. However, I am a bit disappointed with the presentation of the gift voucher! It's meant to be given as a gift, and receiving an A4 sheet with the voucher at the bottom, in black and white... I find that a bit underwhelming! A gift voucher could be on cardstock and in colour, for example.

A good idea these gift vouchers; but, I agree with the opinions of other internet users: why not improve their presentation and their use. The fact of having to use them all at once reduces the overall chosen amount.

A presentation on glossy paper would be nicer and especially packaging not at all suitable: a 20X20 box for a leaf of paper! needs to be reconsidered. Sending in an envelope would be more packaging efficient.

Received promptly, however it's a shame that for a gift this gift voucher is rather dull and not very presentable; a different design on a cardboard paper and a bit more colourful would be appreciated.
