ST PRIEST
I am completely disappointed. Young plant with all the necks broken. So it has nothing to do with the pictures. I don't think I would recommend fragile plants. Not enough care in the packaging and even less from the delivery person. No issues with birds of paradise. It's really a shame for a collector's plant.

Arrived in good condition, to be seen for the rest.

Prades Le Lez" can be translated to "Prades-le-Lez" in British English.
A package with a few necks, a rose bush, in perfect condition, an ideal young plant to be repotted or transplanted. Only the Aloe, of a beautiful size, has traveled poorly, probably upside down, moreover. I have the impression, based on the comments, that this is inevitable and that it is necessary to develop a treasure trove of engineering to ensure that this plant arrives in good condition or simply sell it at a smaller size. After that, I believe that in one season, it will regain its splendor. Meanwhile, the Aloe striatula travels much better, probably less fragile.

The young plant is very beautiful but unfortunately arrived in a very damaged state, with some of the leaves broken and frostbitten.

Romans-sur-Isère + frost cover, thus Mediterranean-equivalent climate.
The price is slightly above market prices, especially since the foliage was damaged when I received my cordate... the solution is not to hesitate to put it outside in full sun and in the wind from early April to early November, so that the foliage, exposed to the elements, becomes more flexible and resistant and is less fragile and brittle! The young plant, of a too bright green, was cultivated indoors and has not been taken outside long enough. Otherwise, a very beautiful plant, the variety is interesting and the leaves are edible. I am satisfied with the product, but for me, reducing the price by 4/5 € would be more honest, to align with the market (the average is 8 to 12.50 € for a plant of this consistency, there are notably some available for 11 € in reputable nurseries at the local level). Apart from these details, I recommend the plant, which I hope will show at least some resistance to small frosts of the order of -2°C (28.4°F) without too much apparent damage, as is the case in South Africa, coastal Provence, Mediterranean Italy, Spain and inland Morocco, where this cordate cultivated in the ground is subjected to brief small frosts during the winter season.

MAYENNE
Vine-plant aristata of good quality and well protected in the packaging. However, I forgot to put any gravel underneath. I will remove the young plant as soon as possible to add some gravel so that it doesn't rot.

Morières Les Avignon" can be translated to "Morières Les Avignon" in British English as it is a proper noun and does not require translation.
Thank you to the individuals (order preparation and shipping), the Aloe Aristata received appears to be healthy. Planted at the base of a "Queen of the Pippins" apple tree, I am looking forward to seeing its development in my specific research area.

Thank you to Hélène (order preparation & quality control) and the shipping department, the specific research area received seems healthy. Placed in a pot outside, I am now waiting for it to recover...
