Price not as per the catalogue
Hello, following my delivery, I am surprised to receive perennial plants that have been cut to 2 cm (1in)! even though they are in full growth! this does not correspond to your description on page 6 of your catalogue in the "preparation and delivery" section. Furthermore, I had an offer on your website for £19.90 for a collection of 3 Astrances, while on page 48, the offer is £14.70! Please explain... Regards.

Disappointed, very small young plants. To date, 2 saplings show signs of life.

I am disappointed because out of the three vine-plants, the Ruby Wedding is dying and therefore I couldn't judge its beautiful colour. I had mentioned its poor condition shortly after receiving it, and you had advised me to be patient... Thank you for your response.
Promesse de Fleurs' reply: If your young plant hasn't recovered, you can contact our customer service at 03 61 76 08 10, and they can give you some advice on how to cultivate them.

Saint-Leu-d'Esserent" would be translated as "Saint-Leu-d'Esserent" in British English as it is a proper noun and place name. There is no need to translate it into English.
