Beautiful young plant of good pruning

I will not order again, not a serious site at all. I specifically paid for express delivery (48h guaranteed) to avoid the plants being in transit for too long and to give them the best chance of a successful recovery. Tomorrow (today being Sunday) will mark 5 days of waiting, and not a word of apology!!! I demand a full refund.

The plants arrive in good condition, what displeases me is the excess of plastic in the packaging. There is no sustainable material (neither wood chips nor straw), we have to dispose of a whole bin of plastic each time.
