These young plants were ordered to replace the ones received a few weeks ago. Indeed, the parcel arrived in a DEPLORABLE state and that's putting it lightly. There were these dried tomato plants, rotten poppies, etc. I spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone who admitted that the parcel had been "dragging" all weekend at Chronopost, and that I should plant these plants and give an update in ten days... I won't tell you what I think about it. The tomatoes did recover with good care, but not the poppies. I am very, very disappointed with your way of treating customers who suffer from delivery delays. This time, I paid the extra 14 Euros for a 24-hour delivery. If these plants don't recover this time, I will no longer order from you and I will give you the necessary publicity.
