Received stump of 7 or 8 cm (3in) long with a single eye. Half already rotten in a plastic bag filled with water. In the end, a stump of not even 5 cm (2in) long.
Planted according to the instructions (a hole 50 cm (20in) deep, is it really necessary??) I doubt the young plant will survive the winter.

Nothing to say at the moment
The foliage has withstood the drought, but it's difficult to say anything since it hasn't bloomed.
I chose your peony, rather than one from a local nursery that is 40% cheaper than yours, and I am disappointed with the quality of your product. I opted for Promesses de fleurs because I want to offer this plant and considering the price, I expected to receive a plant with three or four flower spikes.
PROMESSE DE FLEURS RESPONSE:
We are truly sorry as we place great importance on the quality of our plants and their establishment.
If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at 03.61.76.08.10 or by email: serviceclient@promessedefleurs.com
and we will proceed with replacement or refund if necessary.
Kind regards

Very beautiful young plant
Perfect packaging; young plant in perfect condition, supplied and clearly in good health.
I was expecting a white peony, it bloomed red, such a shame!!!

BAZAINVILLE" does not have a specific meaning in English. It appears to be a proper noun and may be a place name or a personal name. Without further context, it is difficult to provide a precise translation.
Beautiful naked roots of excellent quality with 5 lovely buds to ensure successful growth.

A real beautiful surprise this peony, planted last spring, it has produced seven flowers this year, with a lovely fragrance, of a pure white. I am delighted, I was expecting one or two flowers at most.
