Received magnificent cacao-pods, but still facing the same transport issue, namely cacao-pod cardboard and the young plants being removed from their container, resulting in the soil being shared between the cardboard and plastic packaging. This is becoming increasingly recurrent with this carrier. I hope there won't be any problems with recovery. Best regards.

Saint Hilaire De Lusignan" would be translated as "Saint Hilaire De Lusignan" in British English. It is a proper noun and does not require translation.
It's a magnificent plant. 2 bought plants on sale because they weren't very beautiful, and a sowing, all planted in the ground 2 years ago. Today, the 2 plants are producing 5 flowers that are about to bloom. I should mention that I planted them in the ground facing southeast and that I live near Agen (Lot-et-Garonne). In winter, I protect them with winter covers because we have frost. Therefore, it is a rather hardy and relatively easy plant. You just need to be patient because young plants don't flower before 5 years.

I received a very tired strelitzia yesterday. Most of the leaves are dry and curled. It leaves me perplexed about the flowering or survival. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the 2 deliveries of the birds of paradise as they were on sale, I think the quality leaves something to be desired considering the price of the sale. I bought some for 45 euros and the quality was better.

'' Impossible to repot plant''... FALSE
Imported from Madeira in 2006, out of three, only one of the 'leeks' purchased at the Funchal market took root. Flowering in 2 or 3 years. Since then, over the years, 1/ I separated the stump in two by changing pots. 2/ Then, I dared to dress the roots that occupied the entire bottom of the pot, and 3/ in winter 2018/2019, I admired 18 flowers all winter, and 4/ later, in April-May, I separated the stumps with a spade to give some to my neighbors. This year 2020, I changed both pots (taller ones), 4 surprising flowers in summer and 6 or 8 other flowers will bloom this winter. The Strelitzia is not so fragile. Do not be afraid... said... Winter indoors and the rest of the time in the garden.
Brilliant! Quick delivery of a young plant in good condition. It quickly adapted and I repotted it six weeks later in a large pot (diam 40 / h 40).
I am growing it indoors in a well-lit room, it is thriving and growing well.

Excellent
Young plant received within the expected timeframe, in accordance with specific research area, and very well packaged, even though the cardboard box was severely damaged, the plant was in perfect condition.
I will promote your products and thank you for the detailed and comprehensive catalogue.

Whose fault is it?
The young plant is pretty but it was delivered 'upside down' with a few broken leaves and the soil out of the pot. There was no mention on the box indicating the top and bottom. A shame for the asking price!
