had very few roots seems quite fragile loses branches and has very small leaves, has hardly grown whereas the other 2 rose bushes already have flowers to follow maybe, it will start soon

Order received quickly, but out of the 2 roses ordered, one was broken in half... I haven't had enough time to see if the intact rose will recover, while the other one was cut off at the base of the stems. No more roses in stock, so no possibility of exchange.

With Graham Thomas, Port Sunlight, Malvern Hills, it is one of the best David Austin roses. Robust, healthy, continuously blooming, it is beautiful and fragrant. A true reliable choice with just one small drawback: its flowers don't like being put in a vase! But what a delight this rose is!

I am very disappointed with the quality of your roses. I ordered Lady of Shalott last spring and it did not take root. With the heatwave, this can happen with the three roses I planted from your nursery. The guarantee came into play, and I thank you for that. I received a second bare-root rose, but once again, I am disappointed. The rose is small in size, just like in April. The size is reduced in terms of the roots, the graft point, and the branches. I am not a beginner; my garden has been around for 30 years (Jardin de Marandon), and I have over 100 roses. I have previously ordered roses from Austin in the UK, and the deliveries were completely different. The plants were much more robust. I have just ordered 7 roses from Paul Croix, a professional rose breeder, and once again, the quality and vigour are outstanding. I can provide you with photos to compare the plants (at the same price). You offer excellent perennials and shrubs, but I believe you need to seriously reconsider your rose production or lower your prices to compete with true rose breeders. Apologies for this outburst.

My Lady of Shalott has arrived perfectly packaged. Just a little more patience to find out how she will fare in my garden...

Received a very beautiful rose bush in excellent condition with flower buds. The flowers are of a stunning colour. Well packaged, I am satisfied.

I bought this rose bush a year ago and I am very disappointed; despite the care taken during planting and afterwards, it hasn't produced any buds and is languishing miserably! I absolutely do not recommend it! Sorry! (I have over 100 antique roses, so I am not inexperienced!!)

I am very disappointed with this rose bush that arrived with very few roots. I have purchased several roses directly from David Austin and he will not be happy that you are selling a rose in such a poor condition. I request a replacement.

Rose bush very well packaged and protected. Just one broken branch, nothing serious. I highly recommend and will reorder without hesitation.
