Ordered on Saturday 20th, received on the 23rd, it's always strange to receive plants in cardboard but they are beautiful and in great condition. A few small branches broken but nothing major. And a nice surprise, I didn't expect them to be so tall! Well done promessedefleur!

Ordered on Saturday 20/02, received today 23/02. It always feels strange to receive plants in cardboard, but they look healthy, they will probably be planted this weekend. A few branches were broken, but I don't think it will have any influence. Another excellent surprise, I didn't expect them to be this tall! They are closer to 1m (3ft) than 80cm (32in)! That's pleasing! Update April 2022: Out of all the plants, 2 have been struggling and started losing all their leaves. After phone discussions, I received numerous recommendations and advice on how to revive them. Unfortunately, as of today's date (20/04), the 2 plants seem to be permanently lost. After another call to customer service, they are being replaced without any discussion. Hello This is my third order in two months and I am always satisfied with the quality of my plants and bushes. However, would it be possible to display the "top bottom" and "fragile" logos on the cardboard, as the soil spills despite the good wrapping of the plants? The young plant arrived in excellent condition. Pruning as described. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Plants arrived exactly on the desired delivery date. In very good condition, in flower, and taller than expected. Excited to see the formation of our hedgerow.

Unlike the photo on the website, please be aware that you may receive a plant in a state of untimely demise. Indeed, I have just received a young plant for 34.50 euros. It has many dead branches and, phew, only 7 leaves. Wow, what a great bargain! It's not the autumn that caused this, it's death. It's really pathetic to send plants like this to customers. Even at Lidl, they are in better health. So, as you may have guessed, it's time to shop at Jardiland. Promesses de fleurs has become promises of Baghdad.

Dreadful condition, yellowish-brownish leaves, broken branches. Honestly, plants in such a sickly state should not have left the branch even in the midst of a crisis :-(

The ordered trees have taken well in my garden.
