Plants received in poor condition. Branches broken, root ball dislodged, foliage dry/chewed, plants dry. Packaging box completely unsuitable, should have been transported flat with "top" indication on only one side of the package. The carriers therefore transported it upright while pots were placed upside down inside! Furthermore, the plants stayed enclosed in this box for several days as the order was shipped too early compared to the date indicated on the plants at the time of the order. I had to urgently call to reschedule the delivery as I was not at home when the company announced they wanted to deliver. What I was not told is that the plants would remain enclosed all this time and in disarray in a box at a delivery person's place, who would show up, without warning, a few days later. I am astonished by this malfunction and the fact that I have received no response to my calls (where I spoke to someone who could have taken my details) or my multiple emails.

Robust and with good growth for its 1st year, no flower in the 1st year but healthy foliage.

lovely little plant that is sprouting its first leaves after many months of patience. Very pleased with this choice and excited to see it grow.

Delivery as expected, tree well packaged. However, the pruning!!!! We are far from the 60 to 80 cm (24 to 32in). Hoping that the tree grows quickly.

A bit disappointed by the pruning of the subject but I have good hope regarding its recovery.

Bushes of beautiful quality, fresh, well-rooted. They have recovered and rested after watering and mulching, necessary after this dry summer.

2 bushes received in good quality pots. I was only able to plant them a month after receiving, but with regular watering, they maintained their healthy appearance. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Good quality 50cm (20in) bush with well-formed branches and roots. Interesting price/quality ratio.
