Good evening, It's been 3 years since I planted one and it has never flowered... I'm not giving up hope, but I admit that I don't know what to do anymore. I placed it in full morning and midday sun. I have wegelias that are doing wonderfully, but this one, nothing... Any advice? Thank you

In my light and chalky soil, several bushes thrive without any particular care and multiply year after year: it is a veritable fireworks display for 3 weeks with their gracefully arching branches, not to mention their discreet yet noticeable fragrance from a distance. A perfect shrub!
